Williams (middle) and Boatswain Mate 2nd Class Petty Officer Albertico Vargas (right) of the United States Coast Guard Redeployment Assistance and Inspection Detachment Team 13 inspects a redeploying container in Helmand province, Afghanistan for seaworthiness and structural integrity before sending the container back to the United States. The team discovered bullet holes that penetrated this container during movement from port to final destination.
